How to Process Avocado for Skin

Creating Healthy Looking Skin

If you are a person who has dry skin, so this way you can do to keep your skin healthy looking glow. You just process the avocado into a face mask, namely with: mix half avocado with 5 tablespoons of honey , then apply gently to the face like a mask . Wait 10-15 minutes, then rinse your face with warm water.

Face Moisturizer

Take the avocado taste, then mash until smooth . Apply it to the entire face except the part around the eyes to look like a mask. Allow to dry ( 20-30 minutes ) , then rinse again with cool water. For best results, do it before bed.

Smooth Skin

Take a taste of avocado skin, wash . Used is the inner side. Rub the inside of the avocado skin to the body part that wants to look subtle. Do it evenly.

Avocado Face Masks:

Peel 1 ripe avocado, take the meat, and tap - tap with a fork to form a thick cream. Avocados contain natural vegetable oils that can be perfectly absorbed by the skin, so as to overcome the problem of dry skin. Also rich in potassium, which is a natural mineral that is needed by the skin.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the avocado cream earlier. Honey has the ability to kill germs on the skin and can reduce inflammation / swelling, also tighten and give strength to the skin, making the skin look younger.

Add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (original) as a natural cleanser . Yogurt has been used by many skin care products. Yogurt contains lactic acid (lactic acid) , which can smooth the skin with each layer of skin and tightens the skin pores shrink .

After all the ingredients mixed, smeared with a gentle massage to all areas of the face (except the eye area) and neck . Let stand for 15 minutes to allow the juices and nutritional content in the perfect mix of masks can be absorbed by the skin.

In the eye, each cover with thin slices of cucumber. Cucumber is useful as a natural cleanser and moisturizer, and helps overcome the problem of dark circles in the eye area.

After 15 minutes, wash your face with warm water without using soap. Perform routine 3 times a week for maximum results.
